Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

Tiny 'lumps' on buns eyelid?

~ILoveMyBunny~

Alpha Buck
Hey everyone,
Just wondering what you made of this? There are some tiny.. I guess lumps-? on Cody's eye. They almost look like a pus-filled spot would on a human if that makes sense? I know I've seen something similar to the lower ones, I think it was on Willow and it never gave her any issues though I never knew what it was. They were there for years. The top one on Cody though is a bit bigger.
He was stressed here hence the redness to his eyes (the dreaded nail trim - he's terrified of being picked up. He's gone back to normal since)

Should I be concerned about this do you think?

It may be a papilloma , one of my Rabbits has one on his eyelid, several in his ears and one on his Willy. We are leaving them alone as they are not causing any problems. Although it is important to keep a regular check on them, there is a chance that any near the eye could grown to the point where they rub on the cornea.
