indoor Cage flooring

Hi,

I have an indoor cage and currently using shavings. obviously this makes a mess, so just wondering what else I could place on the floor?

Just use a large plastic tray (litter tray or underbed storge tray) with newspaper or wood based cat litter in the bottom, and hay on top. The bunnies will eat the hay and toilet at the same time. There is no need for anything on the whole floor. A piece of lino will be easy to sweep / wipe clean as needed, or a few sheets of newspaper that can be rolled up and disposed of as required.
