my rabbit merlin has been litter trained for the most part, he wont pee on any fleece inside his cage or on my floor but any dog beds or fleece, even cardboard outside of his cage he will pee on. he is getting neutered in august but hes already around 9 months so I don't want this to be a habit so any tips to stop this before or after he gets neutered?
your bunny is purely spraying out of hormonal need/reaction. once you remove that, give him 4-8 weeks and he should settle back down again. rabbits rarely continue spraying after neutering.
