Custom Rabbit Hutch Cover

Can anyone suggest anywhere I can get a custom rabbit hutch cover made (winter ready)!
We currently have the bunnies outside in an extended chicken coop... so no cover available so we're currently using tarpaulin with bungee cords to keep them dry.

I was going to try ans make one myself, but I don't want to get it wrong.
