I think you'll find that you and your buns differ in the ownership of said chair. Rabbits understand 'our chair' as beloinging to them - so actually bunny is just making use of his furniture. Hoomans sit on floor - rabbits sit on chairs. And you already have a rabbit on the chair (very cute cushion by the way) - so bunny is just sharing with another bun.
