Warren Veteran
Since Doughnut's been ill I've been syringe feeding her critical care. When I spoke to one of the nurses at the specialist practice she advised swapping to Dual Care by Burgess. Apparently all the vet hospitals are using this now instead of critical care. It has the same vitamins, prebiotic, support for the gut etc but is so much cheaper and also higher in fibre, it has 42%. You can dry feed it or syringe feed if your bunny is too poorly to eat. Doughnut now eats it willing and this will probably instead of her pellets now. Although she hasn't been eating hardly any hay, on this her poops have been really big!
Just thought I would share as I had never heard about it before and I think it's great.
