Is a soil dig box ok?

I have a big dig box with shredded paper and bigger paper bits, she does like it, but not loves it, i saw on youtube dig boxes with soil from shop, no pesticides, mess is not a problem, thats what hoovers are for!
But is it ok/better/more fun than paper?

I'd use it. I've always had house bunnies but they've always had some supervised outside time. I've not worried when they've dug in soil then so i don't see why your situation is different. I bet its more fun than paper, if only because it will be loads more difficult to clean up & i think bunnies like that :lol:

I created a soil one a few months ago. Pip has always loved digging cushions so thought it would be a hit. They both promptly ignored it, unless I put treats in it.

Then pip wee'd in it.... It got removed. Wasn't the hit I thought it would be.

Give it a go though, it depends on the buns.
