Bio Lapis turned into gelatin

Hello. I wanted to ask if someone using Bio Lapis seen this. So, I bought new sachets of Bio Lapis about a week ago. When I added water, it turned into something looking like gelatin. That's really weird because it used to be a watery solution. Is it some new ingredients that I'm not aware about? Hope someone can help me with this. Thanks in advance.
