https://www.jollyes.co.uk/lfj-millers-crunchy-nuggets-for-adult-senior-rabbits-10kg.html

I’d welcome optionions on this rabbit food- eg any experiences with this food and also nutrition wise how do you think this looks?

My rabbits have always been on SS food but looking at other options.

Many thanks

My advice would be if your rabbits have been healthy on SS then keep them on it. SS and Burgess are supposed to be the 2 best pellets. I would opt for Burgess as they are made from Timothy Hay but with all my rabbits it would work out too expensive.

I would stick with SS. its the best pellet out there ATM with its fibre content and it matches all the other places where it should be. Burgess comes in second.

its not a horrible food from first glance (but my head hurts so I can't do a full comparison to the levels it should be).

however I wouldn't suggest messing about with a bunnies pellet unless you have a serious reason too (e.g upset tummy). its best to just stick with what they know and are happy with.

personally my two are on burgess as I found it easier to make homemade treats with, plus I was worried about the risk of choking on the SS pellet. I also found some bags fairly dusty, causing my allergies to act up.
