She only had them when she was very small and hasn't had them since.
Maybe they are dormant, or maybe her immune system can cope with them now

Poor him! That's awful. My Mum gets cold sores and has always been careful about not passing them on to me or Dad. Our household is proudly herpes-free Unless the bunnies have it and we don't know [emoji38]
