How to store dried forage?

I store mine in paper bags & cardboard boxes & the occassional pillowcase / tote bag

I keep empty cereal boxes throughout summer, for my winter storage.

Cardboard boxes!

I store fresh forage in pillow cases in the fridge as I can get it all year round.
I am still drying the excess forage I pick as the buns love a bit mixed in with their hay

I collect cardboard boxes, usually from deliveries (microwave, computer stuff, bottled things) and then ram as much in as I can :lol: I try and keep the spiky stuff separate from the 'no gloves needed' stuff so it's easy to grab (or not!). Whenthe end of the season is upon us (usually August once I've started drying successfully for the next season) I give loads away to rescues. It tends to only get used while we're away, so bunny-sitters can give them a handful or something.
