Fern wild baby Bunny -22/8/2018

Tuckerbunnies

Wise Old Thumper
Someone brought you to our door after you were attacked by a cat. Your back leg was bad and we sprayed your leg with an antiseptic spray and gave you
pain relief and took you to the vets, that was on the 20th August.
We picked you brambles and grass and all the yummy things we found in our garden that wild bunnies can eat. You ate everything and even your poops
looked healthy.
This morning we phoned up the Wildlife Orphanage in Barlby, North Yorkshire as they had asked us to keep you for a few days before taking you and you
were due to go on Friday, they were going to release you in a private woodland and we were so pleased.
This morning you ate well and drank water and looked well and 15 minutes later when we checked you, you had gone :cry:
We have been told it could have been delayed shock.
We are so sorry Fern that your stay was short, we tried our very best for you but it wasn't to be.

Binky at the Bridge baby Fern with all the other wildies, for the time you were here with us you were loved.:cry:

Hugs for you xxxxx

Aw bless her! I'm glad people helped her and you looked after her. So sad she didn't make it though.
