Yellow brocolli

I volunteer at a Community Pantry in Evesham & we always have a load of brocolli which is past it's best & has turned yellow. One of the volunteers takes the stalks back for her rabbit & I take some for my neighbours chickens & I wondered if anyone on this forum is close by & would like some?

My rule generally is if it isn't fit for me then it isn't fit for my rabbits. I've just ditched 3 big Spring Green leaves as they are not good enough, imo. Would yellow Brocolli have any nutrients in it?
