How to tell if pinworms are dead?

I have 4 bonded house rabbits and I check their poo every day, as you do. I found pinworms in the poo of one of them yesterday, sooo disgusting. (Definitely pinworms as another bun had this problem in the past but was treated along with her partner and I didn't see them since). I am now Panacuring them all and cleaning like crazy! It's day 2 of the Panacur and there are so many worms on the poos. (I didn't notice so many with the other bun). Is this because dead ones are coming out? Or does it take longer to work? I can't tell if they're moving or not. How can you tell if they're dead? I'm itching all over.

As you know, the course of Panacur is 9 days, and it usually takes a few days before the worms begin to die off
