Help!! My Bun is has blood and clumps in her urine?

Very hard to explain, but it reminds me of a minced beef likeness.

For some background information: I have had Hermione for 6 going on 7 years, I rescued her but at an unknown age. I would've guessed she was about 1 1/2, but I am definitely not an expert on that front. So I'd say she is getting on in her years (though she has the attitude and energy of a young 'un haha!) I have heard of uterine cancers and infections, however most of what I read imply that the rabbit has to be intact and Hermione is spayed.
Despite the blood and clumps, she seems very well in herself, she isn't lethargic or refusing food, definitely not depressed.
I haven't yet seen her in the action of peeing, so I do not know if she has any pain with it, but I plan on spending the whole day with her as it is the weekend, and I'll keep close watch.
I purchased a dipstick test, I'm pretty sure it's not the carotine but I'd like to be sure, and it'd give some insight to what is in her pee.

There are several possible causes of haematuria (blood in wee) and only a full examination by a Vet can establish the exact cause and provide the appropriate treatment.

Hi everyone, thank you so much for the help. I did go and see a vet as soon as I possibly could, which was the saturday afterwards. I noticed Hermione wasn't herself, she had suddenly became very lethargic and disoriented, very skittish at some times, definitely not my Hermione. The vet said after examining, her body heat was well below the average, and with these other other symptoms she was very poorly. They took her in for care, and I went home for the evening. I got a call later on saying that her gums were very pale, they took a blood sample and noticed she was severely anemic, due to a rupture somewhere in her body. I was distraught, but I knew she was extremely ill and weak. It was one of the hardest decisions I had to make, but I decided to go back and be with her in her final moments. Things have been so so hard since then, hence the late response, but I felt that it was a good idea to tell you all.




Rest in peace, my bun-bun, I will always love you <3
