Pellet free diet

It is a lovely sight - how are they adjusting to less pellets?

Jimmy is fine because he is so greedy he eats the greens instead, he is defo eating alot more hay , the inky problem I have there is he is pooping everywhere as there's is now hay everywhere.[emoji4]Norah I am having to hand feed her some pellets discreetly because she isn't touching the greens and I worry about her, she is quite thin anyway and with the weather being so awfulI don't want her to lose any weight.. It will be very interesting to see if this helps his teeth. Thanks

I'm glad Jimmy is doing well with it.

If you need to, you could separate them for a few moments so that Norah can have a normal pellet feed. I'm sure some herbs or similar will be enough time distract Jimmy while she's gone.

Could you use either trays of hay, or hay racks to prevent it going everywhere?

It's the poops that are everywhere I have the hay in different trays and racks but he must be sitting outside the trays eating it. The poops are the last of my worries I just pick them up and fling them in the litter tray lol x
