Elsa-U/D 10th July RIP- The Last Post

Elsa has been admitted and the Vets are trying to save her. They are also receiving advice from a Specialist. At the moment Elsa is in intensive care on a drip, including an infusion of Lidocaine.
 
I think all of us understand where you are right now, as we've stood in your shoes and probably more than a few times. ((((((((((Huge hugs)))))))))))))

Elsa is now more stable having intensive care. She is on IVs including a continuous infusion of Lidocaine. The Vets caring for her want to give her 24 hours on a continuous infusion, along with constant nursing care. She will remain an inpatient, C will be caring for her overnight.

The prognosis remains grave, but Elsa is now not in pain and I know that everyone involved with her care will do all they can to try to save her.

I’m glad she is more stable, you must be worried sick :cry: still thinking of you both and sending hugs xx
