When to remove covers from run and hutch

Hi,

When do others remove the winter covers from their rabbits hutches and runs. Georgie and Flash currently have a custom made cover over their hutch and a tarpaulin over their run. I currently roll the front of the hutch cover up and the run is not covered at the front.

I’m just wonder when others remove these per entry for the spring/summer so rabbits don’t get to hot?

Last year I waited until May time otherwise if we have a very wet Spring everything gets soaking. Don't forget there is still February to come.

Usually late April/early May.It can still be quite cold/wet at night in April.Unless we have a mild early Spring.
