I have an 8yr old spayed female mini-rex who lives in a fenced off part of the house. My wife introduced a puppy three months ago, and while they seem quite curious and friendly to each other, the rabbit has taken to spraying urine at the edges of her fenced area. With no apparent health or other behavior issues, it has to be the dog's presence. I clean the area and wipe with vinegar, but she will mark somewhere else within a day or two. Is there anything I can do to calm her or discourage the marking? Or is it a matter of time?

It'll likely now be something she will do, and it may decrease over time.
You could try pet remedy which is to help with stress.
