To add some details, I have 2 Netherlands dwarfs, one (unspayed) female and one (neutered) male. I recently got a new female bun, also unspayed, with the hopes of bonding them once the two females are spayed (they're booked in for just after christmas).

I just want opinions/advice at this point. The single has had little contact with the pair; once in the bathroom (neutral ground) where they seemed fine for the most part, but had a harmless scuffle towards the end. Other than that, when they can see each other through a partition in my room, my bonded female seems agitated by the newbie - and takes it out on her partner. There's been no injuries, just a lot of worry from me, so now there's zero visibility of the newbie which the pair seem absolutely fine with- they can hear her/ smell her, but seem unfazed.
How much do buns change once spayed? I really want this trio to work. The newbie has mounds of confidence and is super curious, and I feel it'll help the pair a lot, especially my boy, he's so timid and unsure about everything. I know if it still doesn't work out once the two girls are spayed I'll have to rehome the single, but I really don't want to, she's such a sweetheart.
Do any of you have experience with bonding a trio? Is there much hope for the girls to get along? It's way early days yet, another month before I can even think about starting bonding them all, but any tips, opinions, anything would be really appreciated. It upsets me to think my babies are fighting because of the newbie, there were good signs they'd be alright when I first introduced them. Could my bonded girls issues be down to hormones from not being spayed?

I think also that atm my pair are having a bit of a power shift, my boys not being quite as submissive as she'd like - could this be a factor?
