    My buns love it and go berserk when we open the bag. It's large pieces so it takes them longer to chew it. Good for their teeth too. :-)

    You're right, it's weird - it just doesn't work

    I guess you could ring them tomorrow on 01200 538 164 , though it looks like it might be out of stock?

    Shame about the others not reaching you before Christmas ...

    I know - sometimes I think it's my computer playing up. But more often than not it's a problem with the company's website. I had that yesterday. It's a pain to call them all the time as you end up hanging on the phone, but you need the stuff pretty urgently ....
