I haven’t seen any that would be big enough to use as a run, unless I’m thinking of a different type of thing?

It'd be too small I'm afraid.

The RWAF recommend 60sqft total with the run being 48sqft and the hutch being 12sqft.

ETA: Maybe take a look at Boyles Pet Housing and Manor Pet Housing. Both build walk in runs so you could put the hutch inside the run if it'd be easier
