Green algae in the water bottle

Having tried a few things (rice in water, chop sticks and a paper towel etc) to get rid of the green sludge in the bottles we have now settled upon this -http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/232526611825 - works a treat!! I may throw the chopsticks away.....:D

A bottle brush also does the job - quick, easy and no chemicals. Look in the baby aisle or brewing section.

Welcome to the forum!

Interesting. I always use cheap toothbrushes and pipecleaners for the spout.
