Thank you all.
I will try alfalfa hay and organic baby food, thank you for those suggestions. MM, I'm not sure whether to continue with the gripe water, what do you think? I was just going to continue with her meds from the vets but if it might help as well?
Thank you MM, I have just been giving the vets meds.
Last night she was much brighter and came running for her veg which she ate alongside pellets and hay. Again this morning she was keen to eat. Now however she is refusing all food again she's had her meds for the evening and syringe fed some DualCare. I found a large clump of fur wrapped in poo so can only assume that has something to do with this, she has been moulting very heavily. I'm not sure how long to leave her before taking her back to the vets to rule out a blockage but hoping to get advice tomorrow.

Thank you very much both xx
Since last night Jasmine has improved and is brighter in herself and keen to eat, she isn't finishing her normal portions but I have seen more output. I am worried as she seems to go downhill again when she is due her medication, she isn't lethargic anymore and to the touch her temperature feels ok. I'm reluctant to have her admitted just yet as I worry about the noise of the surgery and that she will get stressed, but if she continues like this tomorrow or gets any worse then I will do as have read the information about IV fluids and understand the importance of this.
Hi Liz
I know doing the job you do you would know all about fluids and their benefit
As I've mentioned, I wonder whether zantac and perhaps cisapride could be added in if necessary to get her over this period. Then my gut says a good look at her teeth, but only when she's fit for it ...
Lovely to hear an update from you. You see, you have people who worry about you when you don't post
Yes I think she might need some further medication if this continues, thankfully she is still bright and eating this evening. Her teeth look fine to the vets eye and I really hope it is the same for the back teeth but I will be asking for these to be looked at also if needed.
Thank you, I very much appreciate your support and every one that has posted
