I just got a new rabbit and I was wondering how to get a rabbit used to me after I bring it home

Be patient. Let them come to you. Try to be disinterested, so sit in the room with them, ignore them and do your own thing - read a magazine. Sit quietly and they'll come over to you as rabbits are curious.
When they approach you offer them something nice - fresh herbs like parsley or mint. Don't try to stroke them too soon.
