Is this plantain - a couple of photos

I'm not familiar with plantain, so won't give Caramel any forage unless I'm 100% certain it's safe. Could anyone tell me if this is plantain? I t-h-i-n-k it is but I'm not sure. Thanks

By the way, make sure you only feed the leaves. I've read that the seedheads are very hard.
Okay, will do, thanks. I'm still worrying myself sick about her but despite that I do feel I'm getting a bit more organised with regards to her needs and how to care for her. A bit.

Oops.... the girls love the seed heads the best. I may have to pick these out in future

Well it's not the fact that they are hard so much as the fact that fibogel is made from the seed heads, and this will swell up in the stomach
