I am glad you and your vet were able to get a quick diagnosis, expert care, and wonderful home care for him to make such a dramatic improvement. Your bunnies are both beautiful. Also, congratulations on your baby.

Just a quick update. Boey is the picture of health, eating everything pooing like a demon and bouncing round like a young buck. Him and tron have been together since 6am yesterday and are snuggling, grooming & loving each other again. 🐰😍🐰

Well boey is refusing to eat and sitting in a corner huddled in pain. He was fine this afternoon and earlier this evening then took himself off upstairs and when we went to check on him he was all limp with cold ears. We have given him some metacam and zantac but no improvement.

Not sure what to do, emergency vets or wait until morning and take him to the ones who did his operation and i know are rabbit specialists

Oh no, poor Boey I'm sorry to read this.

I think it's difficult to know what to do, but with his recent history of the op I think I would take him to an emergency vet rather than wait. At least you would have the reassurance that he'd been examined and also if you still were concerned about him tomorrow you could always take him back to the vet who did his op.

Sending loads of vibes for him.

    Hi Stuart.

    I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier.

From what you describe, there is no doubt in my mind that you should see a vet asap.

You may have already done so.

    Vibes for Boey x

Not good news I hope that Boey has been seen by a Vet now and that he is on the appropriate treatment xx
