Garden time

It's too hot in the house - we've got direct sunlight so it's kinda baking.
So the girls are in the garden with the fresh air and their new tunnel.

They've found where the bindweed grows - I'm hoping they don't eat it all as I collect it for winter forage.
They seem a bit more comfortable out here - it's nice to be out the house. Phoebe will happily relax under a shrub but Daphne needs her run to feel secure.

Next step it to get them a concrete mixing tray so we can have some sand out here for them.

What are you growing in the corner - looks like nasturtiums but probably not ?

That is our bind weed :)
The rest I've no idea what it is as the garden is allowed to self seed whatever it wants.

Lovely pics :love: The two "smiley Daphne" pics are very cute too.

It's actually hotter in the garden than in the house or the rabbit shed here, so we're all indoors :)
 
For all those wondering - the tunnel is from Tesco - £9
It's a lady bird tunnel and does come with a lady bird face to block one exit.

Lopsy does exactly what Phoebe is in the last photo: laying down and eating, stretching as far for grass as possible :D
 
I find it so cute when buns are being lazy, just the most adorable thing ever.

I'm going to pick up a cheap paddling pool too and fill with play sand for them in the garden. The sand should hopefully stay cool if kept damp.
