Rabbit grunting & agression

What could cause this? Sounds like a little piggy!
Doesn't like being picked up, but needs medication so happens at least once a day, once a few days when not given on food.

Don't like to stress her out, but don't know how to tackle.

My bunny bailey grunts all the time... he is so vocal its very funny but I know that is from excitement as he's done it since a youngster, and he goes even louder and longer when food is involved!!

When is your bunny grunting?

Also when giving meds, I always use a towel.. my bunny knows exactly when its med time and he'll leg it, but it's just a case of wrapping them up in a towel, you can see videos on youtube, which holds the bunny in place to allow you to syringe the medication in. Bunnies are very crafty and although some will eat it off food... others can tell its on there and will leave it.
