Phantom pregnancy/hay gathering

Hi, Truffles, my 14 month old female rabbit has been busily gathering large mouthfuls of hay all morning and putting them in the hop-in box. Both Truffles and her husbun Piccollo are definitely neutered, so not chance of babies. Could this be signs of a phantom pregnancy? Is there anything I need to do for her? Is this anything to be concerned about? :? She ignored us this morning as she was so busy with this task. Many thanks.

It's the time for having babies and they don't know that they can't have any. It's sad but better in the long run.
