Elyse- May Have Had a Stroke-6th Feb-Stable at the Moment

Hi Jane, sorry to hear that Elyse is not doing so well, she is in the best of hands with you to care for her, sending lots of healing vibes for both of you. x

Elyse has had a comfortable night. She is more able to get about now, but her already poor eyesight has deteriorated even more. She is eating for herself again and the photophobia she was experiencing yesterday has gone so she is not hiding away in the dark any more.

We are not going to start a battery of diagnostics at this stage, she will remain on supportive care and she will be reassessed day by day xx
 
Am relieved that Elyse is feeling better - she looked so sad in your photo of her. Hopefully, she will be able to enjoy a good quality of life for a lot longer - like many humans who have a TIA.
