What is his balance like? If he is being a normal bunny except for having the tilt then he will be ok in himself, it just takes us a while to adjust to the strange look.
Dixie with her head tilt seems to have many more good days now but its taken the best part of 8 weeks to get there. The biggest eureka moment for me was noticing this week that she now has started looking to the right instead of following her tilt and spinning to the left to see things.
