    Default MANY CLOUDS-racehorse.

Sadly the racehorse MANY CLOUDS collapsed and died after winning his race at Cheltenham today
He had been off the track for over a year due to a wind operation and at 10 years old you have to wonder why he was not retired and left to enjoy a new life
A Grand National winner along with today's race..he was a magnificent horse.
Such a shame that he was no able to enjoy a happy retirement
RIP Clouds gallop into Rainbow Bridge.
    Blessed be.

Why haven't these races been stopped?
I cry every year at this time for all the lovely horses who will lose their lives due to this event. Similar to our "Triple Crown" that will result in injury or death to horse and rider on occasion. What's the point?
