MANY CLOUDS-racehorse.

Sadly the racehorse MANY CLOUDS collapsed and died after winning his race at Cheltenham today:cry:
He had been off the track for over a year due to a wind operation and at 10 years old you have to wonder why he was not retired and left to enjoy a new life:cry:
A Grand National winner along with today's race..he was a magnificent horse.
Such a shame that he was no able to enjoy a happy retirement:cry:
RIP Clouds gallop into Rainbow Bridge.

Why haven't these races been stopped? :(
I cry every year at this time for all the lovely horses who will lose their lives due to this event. :cry: Similar to our "Triple Crown" that will result in injury or death to horse and rider on occasion. What's the point? :evil:
