Thank you both. I'm relieved that the poor girl is finally under treatment. It took too long - I just hope it has no long-lasting repercussions.
Iris is VERY good in herself. Currently jumping and diving over my bed in hopes of another treat. I'm so glad to see she's so much livelier. Zara, less so as Iris is interrupting her "mum+me" time - though the cat shouldn't complain; she spends all night with me.
However, she is still sneezing a lot. Sometimes it's mild compared to what it has been, but she also has very bad attacks a few times a day. (Just had one as I write.
) Her nose is still damp to the touch too.
She's also still leaving a couple of uneaten cecatrophs. No way near as many as it was at her worst. But it does still happen. I've only been giving her (and Arce) SS pellets, hay, and the occasional treat. Might change the treats over to Fibafirst, see if that helps.
Iris returns to the vets tomorrow - we're seeing the same one that put her on treatment thank goodness. She and Arce will be much less impressed.
As for me? Very tired, in pain, but mostly it's the same old. I see one of my specialists a week tomorrow. I'll just keep on truckin'. Thank you, MM.
oh- and yeah, I can sleep through her snores. She's still snoring every so often. It's the jumping on the bed that wakes me!
