Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Hello tome, and welcome to RU

There's quite possibly nothing wrong with your rabbit - I assume the vet who did the vaccinations gave him a health check?

Does he have a bowl or a bottle? Bottles are not so easy to manage for some rabbits ..

How long have you had him?

If he is eating veg and grass, that all contains water/moisture... What's his hay eating like? :D

Welcome to the forum :)

Has he always not drunk much or is this a recent thing?

If he has access to grass and fresh greens for most of the day, he might be getting lots of moisture from these.

As mighty max has said, a bowl is easier to drink from for most rabbits and keeps them better hydrated, so might be worth trying.

Welcome to the forum

Your rabbit, given he's 3 years old, must be getting his water from somewhere otherwise quite frankly he would not still be alive, or at the very least he would be ill through dehydration.

My rabbits have both a ceramic bowl to drink from, plus a bottle (in case the bowl gets tipped over) and seem to prefer the bowl as it always needs refilling in a morning, and yet the bottle is rarely touched. They did drink quite readily from the bottle - until I introduced a bowl and now seem to prefer that, so maybe try a bowl, as others have already said?

Fruit and vegetables contain water/moisture as does grass especially if it has been raining, plus he may like to drink from puddles he finds in the garden when you're not looking :)

From what else you have said, about him kicking up his heels and having a fine old time, he sounds very happy to me! Are his poops nice and firm and rounded? Or do you see ones which are like bunches of grapes? You shouldn't see any of the latter, just to clarify, as these are the ones that rabbits re-eat.

Is his fur nice and clean and healthy looking all over? Are his eyes bright and shiny? Are his ears clean and alert? Is his bum clean? If the answers to those questions are yes, then he sounds like a healthy bun who's getting his moisture from somewhere, but perhaps put a bowl and a bottle in his cage, just to give him the option :)
