when can outdoor rabbits come inside to play?

I have a house that is rather cold ( no central heating) only heating are small electric fires when needed. But wondered when can I bring my boy inside for floor time to play in an un heated house?
I'm guessing april-ish? But don't want to bring him in too early to play if it will.upset his coat etc

The ideal time will be whenever temperatures outside are similar to those of inside. Which really depends on what the weather is going to be like as it's unpredictable at the best of times!
