How to introduce apple tree leaves/bramble/etc

I have an abundant of apple tree branches and bramble at the moment and would love to introduce them to George's diet soon. I'll wait till he's 12 weeks....but should I give him a leaf to try and build it up gradually like I would with vegetables?

You could give him a small apple tree twig to chew on; he'll love stripping the bark off it first. Mine strip the bark and then leave it, they don't eat it. Some rabbits eat it though but it won't do them any harm as they grind it down so fine. It'll be great for his teeth :thumb:
