Can I feed lavender stalks to buns?

Hi! Does anyone know if I can give lavender stems to my buns to gnaw on?
I harvest the buds and flowers for sachets but there isn't much you can do with the stems and it seems like a waste to throw then away. My buns do like the scent a lot because their hay is lavender infused!

Mine eat lavendar leaves and the woody stems too. They love it.
