I like to check, check and check again! Is this 100% definetly plantain?

Yep, that's ribwort plantain. :thumb: My garden's full of it - lucky for my bunnies! :lol::lol:

Can they eat the flower type things or only leaves?

I'm not 100% sure - my bunnies only tend to nibble the leaves and avoid the rest. A quick search came up with this thread, which says the stems are ok but to avoid the seed heads though.
