2 males and 1 posh girl

Hi,
I'd like to bond my trio. Which is better, getting the two boys neutered or have the girl spayed?
The boys are 8 and 4months, and madam is 2 years.

If it doesn't work with the trio, Ill try to put the two boys together. Will they both need neutering?

Also lastly, I've found threads giving info on who you can put together, but I've not found how to bond them. (I'm probably looking in the wrong place) :)

Thanks
X

I would get all three neutered/spayed.
It not only benefits their health, but solves all sorts of behavioural problems, and i believe makes for easier bonding as their hormones dont play a part.

You can read other peoples bonding threads in the bonding section, under rabbit health.

All three will need to be neutered before bonding and then you should wait 6 weeks after the ops before beginning the bonding (so hormones can die down).

Bonding needs to be done in a neutral territory where none of the rabbits have ever been before. Usually a small space is best, and I prefer the method where rabbits are put together and kept together (with 24hr supervision) until there is no chasing or fur pulling. I think the dating method causes problems as they have to establish a hierarchy over and over, and it probably has elements of frustration for the rabbits too. There are some good articles on bonding online and on the forum, I'll see if I can find some!
