Visiting the vets, recently bonded buns

I am due to take our recently bonded buns to the vets for their vaccinations this afternoon, I usually take them in separate carriers, will this harm the bond?

Should i take them in separate carriers but have them facing each other all the time or put them in the same carrier? They are only small and I am worried the will not be comfortable, the journey is Two minutes in the car
Any advice?

Took them in the same carrier, they are now at home cuddling and grooming each other, after a few treats of course!!

Glad the trip went well.

I never separate my buns after they have been bonded.....well apart from when I pick one up for a wee cuddle and the other is having a cuddle with the OH.
