Need suggestion for a shelter home

Hi guys i need your suggestion i was thinking to build an outdoor house for my pet in my Garden where i can give them some natural atmosphere, what you guys think what things i need for this I just set up a shelter and some woodworks to close this house please let me know other things what i need for this?
