    I think it's to do with temperature and length of daylight?

    Or with Smudge, everything.

    Bear only moults when it gets hot, Alice moults randomly all the time which is strange as she isn't a particularly fluffy bun!

    don't know but i thought matthew and co were done for this year then it all started again on thursday. matthew rabbit was ill with it on friday, but a good drink of pineapple juice and a cuddle from his mum made him think life was worth living again.

    Buckley had a moult that started after Prudence ripped out a bunch of his fur. Probably made him think "actually, that fur is rather stuffy, better have a moult".

    Buckley seems to moult whenever the mood takes him though, he moults every 3-4 months.
