I'd like to bring my buns in

I currently have 4 outdoor buns in 2 bonded pairs, but I'd like to bring them indoors so that I can spend more time with them. I have 2 spare rooms at the moment although one is set up as a guest room but the other is a smaller room, would the smaller room be suitable as a bunny bedroom? Its not a box room its a small double that currently has nothing in it but a sink and a wardrobe. (The wardrobe can be moved to a different room to make more usable space)

I haven't the first clue about how is best to go about creating a safe and fun bunny pad for them, any ideas?
