Haylage

Would it be ok to give bunny a small handful of haylage as a treat? I can imagine you couldn't feed it full time as it's so rich but Dennis (horse) prefers it so much to his normal hay, he gets all excited when he gets it so was wondering if Cotton could have a tiny bit as a treat as it seems to taste/smell nicer than normal hay...! x

No it's not suitable as the fermenting process has already started, like with grass cut with your lawn-mower, bunnies can't have either of them, it can cause them tummy problems
