whats the difference in normal dry hay and hay thats soaked in water ??
Smokey prefers a bowl of wet hay with his pellets mixed in....is it any good to him ?

Damp hay is less dusty. It's fine for buns you just need to watch it as obviously damp hay has the potential to go mouldy and yucky!!!

Soaked hay loses some of its sugar, potassium, and of course dust
