Baby leaf salad?

I bought a "living salad" from Asda that says it contains "mixed red and green baby leaf salad". The allergy warning says it may contain mustard leaves.

lol it'll be ok as long as it's not a regular diet. not much nutrition in salad leaves but maybe you could mix it with something else?
go easy at first - but you probably already know that :lol:
