Sometimes it's better to get in touch with a rescue who are clear with what they do r.e neutering, vaccination, home checks. I think 'proper' rescues only rehome single bunnies to homes where they will be bonded with a neutered partner. It's possible she may have said she rescues to fob off some rabbits to make way for 'new stock' if she is actually a breeder, but I have no idea who this person is so they may well be a rescue.
I would try and get in touch with her any way you can :wave: email, phone, text if you can, fb message. Do you know roughly how old she is? She could have an emergency spay if you take her to a rabbit savvy vet and they can tell you if she is too far gone or not for it to be done. I think the period between a rabbit being pregnant and giving birth is a month (someone please correct me if that's wrong!) so if she hasn't given birth in the next week or 2 then you might be okay but don't quote me on that.
