We have both here, although more herbs when we can buy them reduced to clear at tescos :lol:
Herbs. Better for teeth, gentler on tums, and more natural.
But they're blooming expensive and my gardening skills are atrocious, so mine mainly get 'greens' and veg and I give them dried herbs instead.
I do like to make sure my buns tums are used to many things, so if they need tempting I have lots to try, and if they steal something its not as disastrous.

But for me, mostly herbs and dried forage stuff.
